Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle is a stall in Singapore which was awarded a Michelin star in 2016. And it became the world's cheapest Michelin meal.
Now, chef Chan Hon Meng is doing a pop-up in London from the 14-16th of March. Chan Meng will dish up his signature Soya Sauce Chicken & Rice at KERB King’s Cross only at lunchtime with 200 portions on offer per day.
About the London pop-up, the chef said: “My dream is to see more Singaporean cuisine and more of the undiscovered local hawker talent enjoyed on an international stage. Whether you’re a restaurant chef or a street market hawker — with food you can never stop learning.”
