The food circus happened once again

MAD symposium is a not for profit organisation that brings together the world's thought leaders from food and drink. It is discussions and talks that inspire and change the way the industry thinks and operates – from the latest developments in sustainability and agriculture to the science of taste. 

Launched in 2011, this year saw the 5th symposium with a title of ‘Tomorrow’s Kitchen’.
